Spark owned subsidiary CCL finalises divestment of CCL
Networks
Subsequent to its announcement on 5 December 2019, Spark New Zealand has today
announced that its subsidiary CCL has completed the divestment of the operational
parts of its network services division to Cello Group Limited (formerly Octave Group
Limited), trading as Cello Communications.
