Spark finalises sale of Lightbox to Sky
Subsequent to its announcement on 19 December 2019, Spark New Zealand (Spark)
has today announced that it has completed the sale of its entertainment streaming
business, Lightbox to Sky Network Television Limited (Sky).
Spark customers who get Lightbox ‘on us’ as part of their eligible mobile and broadband
plans can continue to enjoy Lightbox. Once the new combined Sky entertainment
streaming service launches, Spark plans to make it available to Spark customers
through entertainment offers.
