Investore Property Limited – FY20 Third Quarter Dividend


Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter (1 October 2019

to 31 December 2019) of the financial year ending 31 March 2020 (FY20) of 1.90 cents per share to be paid on

5 March 2020 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 February 2020 (i.e. the record

date).


This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.415098 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.188364 cents

per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.


The Board confirms guidance for an annual cash dividend of 7.60 cents per share to shareholders for FY20.
