Vital granted FMCA exemption

On 25 February 2020, NorthWest Healthcare Properties Management Limited (NWM), the manager of Vital Healthcare
Property Trust (Vital), was granted an exemption by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) with respect to its
disclosure requirement under the Financial Markets Conduct Act (FMCA) in connection with the publication of Vital’s
Notice of Special Meeting on 29 February 2020.

The effect of this exemption is that the Manager is not required to prepare and log with the Registrar a limited
disclosure document in respect of the proposed restructuring which would result in a variation to the terms of Vital’s
units, as described in Vital’s Notice of Special Meeting.
