Distribution reinvestment plan strike price set at
$2.3889

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) advises that the strike price for its distribution reinvestment plan (DRP) for the
second quarter of the 2020 financial year is $2.3889. The strike price reflects a 1% discount to the weighted average
closing price for Vital during the seven calendar days commencing on the ex-date (being 11 March 2020).
This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 26 March 2020. Vital unitholders who have elected to receive
their quarterly distribution through the DRP will be issued additional units using this strike price.
