Annual Meeting, Closing Date for Directors’ Nominations & Reporting of Preliminary Results
New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd advises that it expects to release its preliminary results for the year
ended 31 March 2020 no later than 29 June 2020, although NTL will release its preliminary results
earlier if circumstances allow.
NTL is relying on the NZX Class Waiver from Listing Rule 3.5.1 dated 19 March 2020 which provides
issuers with an additional 30 days to release their full year announcements.
NTL is also relying on clause 5 of the Financial Markets Conduct (Financial Reporting and Other
Relief—COVID-19) Exemption Notice 2020 in relation to these timeframes.
New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd will be holding its Annual Meeting on Thursday August 6 2020 at
11am, via Video Conference.
Details of resolutions and proxy voting form will be in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to
shareholders prior to the meeting.
The closing date for Director Nominations is Monday June 22, 2020.
All nominations must be received by close of business on the closing date. Nominations may be
made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting and should be
