EXECUTIVE TEAM CHANGES

thl today advises of a number of changes to its executive team.

Jennifer Bunbury, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned. Jo Allison, Chief Operating Officer, has
also resigned as she is relocating to Christchurch.

Grant Webster, Chief Executive Officer, said “Jennifer has been with thl since January 2019 and
has brought a wealth of knowledge to the Chief Financial Officer role. Jo is well recognised for
her dedication to the business over the five years she has been with the business”.

thl appreciates the contribution to the business of both executives.

The changes will become effective around September 2020. thl is in the process of reviewing its
operational and financial management structures.
