SNC – Extension of Reporting Deadlines
Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZX: SNC) advises that it intends to rely on the
class waiver granted by NZX dated 3 April 2020 providing an extension of periodic reporting
deadlines in Listing Rules 3.5.1 and 3.6.1, for both its Results Announcement and Annual
Report. SNC intends to provide its Results Announcement by 29 June 2020 and its Annual
Report by no later than 29 July 2020.
