August 2020 at the Ellerslie Convention Centre Auckland.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for Director Nominations is Friday 10th
of July 2020. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting
