Results of Kiwi Property 2020 annual meeting
The annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders was held online today. Shareholders were
asked to vote on four resolutions, which were all supported by the Company’s board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Mark Ford be re-elected as a director of the Company.
• That Richard Didsbury be re-elected as a director of the Company.
• That Simon Shakesheff be elected as a director of the Company.
• That the directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
