The Warehouse Group appoints Richard Parker as Chief Human
Resource Officer

The Warehouse Group confirms the appointment of Richard Parker as Chief Human Resource Officer
effective 31 August 2020. Richard Parker has been acting in the role since January.

Group CEO Nick Grayston said Richard has been a valued part of the Leadership Squad for some time
and brings a wealth of experience to the role.

“Richard has proven he can navigate the complexities of a large NZ organisation that has undergone
significant transformation in the past two years, said Mr Grayston.

Prior to The Warehouse Group, Richard held senior HR and legal roles at TVNZ, Telecom and Fletcher
Challenge. Richard holds an LLB (Hons), MPhil (Hons) from the University of Auckland.
