2020 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations
The Warehouse Group Limited advises that it will hold its Annual Meeting on Friday,
27 November 2020. The venue, time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised
in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in due course.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is
Friday 2 October 2020. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm NZT on the closing
date.
Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the
meeting. Nominations should be accompanied by the consent in writing and brief
biographical details (for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting) of the person nominated.
