The Warehouse Group Limited (“Group”) is pleased to advise details of an audio teleconference
following the announcement to the NZX of the Group’s audited results for the full year ended 2 August
2020.

For those who wish to listen to the audio teleconference, which will commence at 9.15am NZT on
Thursday 15 October 2020, please register in advance of the conference, using the link provided

The Group is releasing its annual results on 15 October 2020 in reliance on the waiver granted to the
Group by NZX, dated 26 June 2020 (“waiver”). At the date of this announcement, the Group does not
intend to rely on the waiver in respect of its annual report for the financial year ended 2 August 2020.
