Annual Meeting and Director Nominations
Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited advises that its annual meeting will be held on Wednesday 9
December 2020 at Rydges Latimer, 30 Latimer Square, Christchurch. The time and other details
relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders.
In accordance with NZX Listing Rules, the Company advises that the opening date for Director
Nominations will be Wednesday 28 October 2020, and the closing date for Director Nominations will
be 5.00pm on Wednesday 11 November 2020.
Only persons who meet the requirements set out in the Constitution of the Company, and the
Companies Act 1993, are eligible to become Directors of Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited.

Company.
Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting
