Contact Energy Limited advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on
Wednesday, 11 November 2020. Due to uncertainty around COVID-19 alert levels and
potential health risks for attendees, the Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held online this
year.
The closing date for director nominations is 24 September 2020. Nominations must be made
by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and should be directed to the
