Closing date for director nominations
Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today that
25 September 2020 is the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be
considered for election at the annual general meeting.

Nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on 25 September 2020 and sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the
annual general meeting to be held on Wednesday 18 November 2020 and must be
accompanied by the written consent of the person nominated.
