Director changes

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today the following

changes to the Board of Directors which are to take effect on 18 November 2020:

1. Anthony Bertoldi resigns as the alternate director for Mr Mohammed Al Nuaimi.


2. Aditya Bhargava will be the alternate director for Mr Mohammed Al Nuaimi following

approval by the Board.
