FIRE AT AUCKLAND BRANCH

thl confirms that as per news reports, a fire has broken out early this morning at its rentals
branch at 36 Richard Pearse Drive, Māngere, Auckland. Fire crews are currently onsite and the
fire has now been contained.

All thl staff are safe and there were no crew on site at the time of the fire. At this stage, it
appears that there is damage to approximately 10 motorhomes, but there has been substantial
damage to the building that houses the office and workshop.

Our insurance provider has been notified and we are in communication with them regarding
the situation.
