DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS FOR 2020 ANNUAL MEETING

Pursuant to Listing Rule 2.3, thl advises that the nomination of directors to be considered for
appointment at the 2020 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting must be made on or before 5:00pm (New
Zealand time) on Wednesday, 16 September 2020.

Nominations must be made in writing by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the 2020
Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, and should be directed to the Company Secretary at Tourism Holdings
Limited, PO Box 4293, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140.
