DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
New Zealand freight and logistics company, TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX: TLL), advises that its
2020 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 28 October 2020 in New
Plymouth. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.
TIL advises that the closing date for director nominations is Friday 4 September 2020. All
nominations must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person being nominated.
