Results of Burger Fuel Group Limited
At Burger Fuel Group Limited’s shareholder meeting, held on-line via Zoom, the
2nd September 2020, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were all supported by
the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Josef Roberts be re-elected as a director of BFG.
• That the Board be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.
