Shareholder Call: LIC 2020 Annual Meeting
Livestock Improvement Corporation (NZX: LIC) (LIC) will be holding its Annual Meeting virtually
on Thursday 15 October 2020 at 10.30am.
In addition to business as usual matters, we are seeking shareholder support for proposed
changes to LIC’s Constitution and Governance and Representation Structure.
Shareholders are invited to participate in a Zoom meeting hosted by Murray King (Board Chair),
and Mark Meyer (Shareholder Council Chair) to discuss the proposed changes and answer any
questions shareholders may have on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 at 1pm NZT.

After a brief introduction, Murray and Mark will answer any questions you have. You are able to
