Genesis Energy Limited’s (GNE) Annual Shareholder Meeting is being held today, Wednesday 30

th


September 2020, commencing at 10.00 am. Whilst not the Company’s prefered option, due to COVID-

19 concerns, the Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held virtually.

mobile device. Alternatively, download the Lumi AGM app from the Apple App Store or Google Play

Store. Shareholders will require the meeting ID – which is 398-583-434 – as well as their
