Cavalier Revises FY20 Annual Report Date
Cavalier Corporation Limited (NZX: CAV) advises that it will be releasing its annual report for the 12
months ended 30 June 2020 (FY20) on Wednesday, 18 November 2020, rather than Friday, 30
October 2020 as previously advised.
Cavalier is relying on the NZX Class Waiver from NZX Listing Rule 3.6.1, dated 3 April 2020, which
provides issuers with an additional two months for the preparation and release of an issuer’s annual
report.
