Trading Update
Promisia Integrative Limited (NZX: PIL) (PIL) wishes to provide a trading update on the acquired aged
care facilities.
The aged care facilities have been operating business as usual and have been trading throughout the
transaction period in accordance with the NZX Listing Profile released to market on 27 May 2020. The
facilities have experienced a consistent turnover in ORA sales. Average occupancy levels for October
2020 have also remained stable since PIL’s previous announcement to market, as outlined below:

Aldwins Facility
The establishment of the Aldwins Facility in Christchurch is nearing completion. Landscaping works
have been completed. Fit out of the kitchen and laundry facilities are nearing completion.
PIL expects to open the Aldwins Facility to new residents and commence business operations in early
December.
Vendor Loan
PIL has entered into a vendor loan agreement with Thomas David Brankin and Michael John Kirwin
Lay as trustees of the Brankin Family Interest Trust for an interest free working capital loan of $1
million.

The working capital loan, together with all prior advances made by the Brankin Family Interest Trust to
assist PIL totalling $557,683.10, may be converted to shares at 0.1c per share at the election of the
Brankin Family Interest Trust and in accordance with shareholder approvals.
Financial Reporting
PIL also wishes to advise the market of its financial reporting following completion of the acquisition of
aged care facilities.
PIL will prepare consolidated audited interim financial statements as at 30 October 2020 and release a
results announcement reporting on its operations over the transaction period in accordance with
Appendix 2 of the NZX Listing Rules. PIL intends to release these results to the market in due course.
