Annual Report / Period for Nomination of Directors of Goodwood Capital
On 6 November Goodwood Capital Limited (NZX: GWC) released to NZX its annual report
for the accounting period ending 31 March 2020. The annual report will also be shortly
made available to shareholders/investors on website https://goodwoodcapital.co.nz, in
accordance with Regulation 61D of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014.
GWC also advises that the period for shareholders to nominate persons as directors of
GWC to be considered for election at the next Annual Meeting of shareholders opens today,
and closes at 5 pm on Tuesday 24 November 2020.
All nominations should be sent to the Company in writing to the following address, in
sufficient time so as to be received before 5 pm on Tuesday 24 November 2020:
