ArborGen Holdings Issues New Shares Under
the Executive Fixed Trading Plan
30 November 2020 – In accordance with the provisions of an Executive Fixed Trading Plan
(Plan), ArborGen Holdings today issued 216,347 new shares to Andrew Baum (CEO). Under
the terms of Plan new shares are issued for 20% of his base remuneration (net of taxes) for
the period 16 August 2020 to 31 December 2020, at the five-day VWAP of $0.13189 for a
total value of $28,534.01.
