DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS FOR PFI


Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that Director nominations are now open. The closing date for

nominations is 5.00pm on Friday, 19 March 2021.


Director nominations should be sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting to be

held on Wednesday, 19 May 2021. A location for the meeting is to be determined. It is likely to be held

at a physical location in Auckland with a digital option. Details will be confirmed in the notice of meeting.
