Annual meeting date and closing date for
director nominations
The 2021 annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders will be held on Monday, 12 July 2021.
Further details will be provided with the notice of annual meeting.
Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for Kiwi Property shareholders to nominate a
person to be considered at the meeting for election as a director of Kiwi Property is Wednesday,
19 May 2021.
Nominations must be addressed to the Company Secretary and be received by Kiwi Property on
or before Wednesday, 19 May 2021 at the following e-mail address: trevor.wairepo@kp.co.nz or
