Ewe Leong Lim to stand down as a non-executive director of Blackwell Global Holdings Limited at
the end of the current financial year (“BGI”)
The Board of BGI advises that Mr Ewe Leong Lim has given notice of his intention to retire from the
Board of BGI (and its subsidiary companies), with effect from 31 March 2021.
Mr Lim has advised the Board that he considers this retirement appropriate given BGI is in
hibernation mode, and the costs savings to BGI from having to pay one less Director's fee is
significant in the context of the cash-flow requirements of BGI.
The Board thanks Mr Lim for his service as a non-executive director of the Company.
