Further to the announcement made to the market earlier this month, the Board of BGI confirms that
Mr Ewe Leong Lim has retired from the Board of BGI (and its subsidiary companies), with effect from
today.
The Board thanks Mr Lim for his service as a non-executive director of the Company.
