NZ RegCo (“RegCo”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on
Oceania Healthcare Limited (“OCA”) Ordinary Shares. The trading halt was placed at pre-
market open today.
The trading halt has been put in place while OCA undertakes the placement component of a
capital raise.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
a) An announcement made by the issuer about successf ul completion of the placement; or
b) Market open on Wednesday, 24 March 2021.
