Dear Shareholder,

PGG Wrightson Limited (“PGW”) – Cessation of cheque payments

New Zealand’s major banks have announced they will be phasing out cheques from mid-2021.

Consequently, our share registrar Computershare will stop issuing cheques for dividend and

distribution (“dividends”) payments.

According to our records, Computershare do not have bank account details on file for you for the

payment of dividends. Please complete the enclosed Direct Credit form and return it to

Computershare in the enclosed reply paid envelope. Alternatively, you can update your details

online by visiting www.investorcentre.com/nz.

Please note, dividend payments after this 2021 interim dividend will be made by direct credit only.

Any dividends not received may be claimed by contacting Computershare and until claimed will

be held in accordance with clause 21 of PGW’s constitution.

Additionally, from 1 April 2020 the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) required certain shareholder

information including IRD numbers and the date of birth of shareholders. This information can

also be updated and provided to IRD by Computershare when you record these details in the

enclosed Direct Credit form or alternatively you can provide this information online by visiting

www.investorcentre.com/nz.

If you have any questions regarding PGW dividends, please contact our registrar Computershare

Investor Services Limited by calling (09) 488 8777 or by emailing enquiry@computershare.co.nz

Yours sincerely,
