NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Westpac
Banking Corporation (“WBC”) Ordinary Shares, and (“WBC010”) Corporate Notes. The trading
halt was placed pre market open on Monday, 3 May 2021.
The halt will remain in place until the release today by WBC of its half-year financial results and
related documents.
