NZ RegCo (“RegCo”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on
The Warehouse Group Limited (“WHS”) Ordinary Shares. The trading halt was placed at pre-
market open today.
The trading halt has been put in place to facilitate the orderly sale of approximately 9% of WHS
Ordinary Shares via an underwritten sell-down.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
a) An announcement made by the issuer about completion of the sale; or
b) Market open on Monday, 24 May 2021.
