Results of CDI’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders


At CDI’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held as a virtual meeting yesterday,

shareholders were asked to vote on 5 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:


• The election of Desleigh Jameson as a director of CDI;

• The re-election of BK Chiu as a director of CDI;

• The re-election of Colin Sim as a director of CDI;

• The re-election of Vincent Yeo as a director of CDI;
