Results of MCK’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders


At MCK’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held as a virtual meeting yesterday,

shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:


• The election of Leslie Preston as a director of MCK;

• The re-election of Kevin Hangchi as a director of MCK

• The re-election of Colin Sim as a director of MCK;

• That the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s fees and expenses.


The re-election of Richard Bobb as a director of MCK was withdrawn as Mr. Bobb had elected

to retire as a director at the end of the Annual Meeting.
