DIRECTOR DETERMINATION
At yesterday’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Desleigh Jameson, BK Chiu, Colin Sim and Vincent
Yeo were respectively elected and re-elected as directors of CDI.
The Company has determined in accordance with NZX Listing Rules that CDI Chairman Colin Sim,
John Henderson and Desleigh Jameson are all Independent Directors of the Company. Managing
Director BK Chiu and Non-Executive Directors Eik Sheng Kwek and Vincent Yeo are not independent
directors.
