Group Holdings Limited held 8,518,864 ordinary shares. Following a series of discrete
trades on market through the ASX beginning on 25 June 2021 and ending on 6 July 2021,
Heartland Group Holdings Limited now holds 10,196,830 ordinary shares (no other
financial products were acquired as part of these trades). The consideration paid for the
acquisition of the new shares was NZ$2,703,635.
