Results of Kiwi Property Annual Meeting 2021
At Kiwi Property Group’s annual meeting, held in Auckland and online today,
shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
•That Jane Freeman be re-elected as a director of the Company.
•That Mark Powell be re-elected as a director of the Company.
•That Chris Aiken be elected as a director of the Company.
•That the directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
