(“Allied Farmers” NZX: ALF) advises that Ross Verry has resigned as a Director of
Allied Farmers and subsidiaries with immediate effect. Ross has indicated that he
wishes to focus more time to his current roles and future opportunities.

Ross for his significant contributions, and he leaves the role with the gratitude and
