Probi CEO joins Board of Directors
Blis Technologies Limited (NZX:BLT) advises the appointment of Tom Rönnlund as a director of the
company with effect from 22 July 2021.

Mr Rönnlund is currently the CEO of Probi AB, a world leading Swedish listed biotechnology
company. Founded in Lund in 1991, Probi today is one of the largest and leading global probiotics
companies.

Before joining Probi AB in January 2019, Mr Rönnlund served as CEO of Navamedic ASA, a listed
Norwegian pharma and medtech company. Mr Rönnlund has more than 20 years experience
working in the healthcare industry, and has held several positions in sales, marketing and general
management at IQVIA and in international biopharmaceutical companies such as Bristol-Myers
Squibb and Eli Lilly.

The board has determined that Mr Rönnlund is not an independent director due to his role as CEO of
Probi AB, which is a substantial product holder of Blis Technologies. Mr Rönnlund will formally offer
himself for re-election as director at the 2022 shareholders’ meeting.
