EXTENSION TO OPTION TO PURCHASE
The directors of Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) advise that the company’s subsidiary,
Aldwins House Limited, has agreed a 7 day extension to the option to purchase the property at 62
Aldwins Road, Christchurch from its current owner.
A market update will be provided at the end of the extension period or as matters are agreed.
