LAPSE OF OPTION TO PURCHASE
The directors of Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) advise that the option for the company's
subsidiary, Aldwins House Limited, to purchase the property at 62 Aldwins Road, Christchurch, from
its current owner has lapsed by agreement of the parties.
Discussions between the parties are ongoing.
