Sky Network Television Limited (“Sky”) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the
following securities will be released from voluntary escrow.

The shares being released from voluntary escrow, detailed above, were issued to RugbyPass
Investors, LLC at the time Sky acquired the RugbyPass business in August 2019. As part of the
acquisition, the shares were placed in voluntary escrow for a period of 2 years and this notice relates
to the release of that escrow.
