Suspension of Class (ASX: ANZPD) from Official Quotation
Description
The ANZ Capital Notes 1 (ASX: ANZPD) of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (‘ANZ’) will be
suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Friday, 20 August 2021, in accordance with Listing Rule
17.2, pending redemption on 1 September 2021.

Please note that the suspension applies to the Capital Notes 1 (ASX: ANZPD) only, and does not apply to any
other quoted securities of ANZ.
