PROMISIA APPOINTS NEW CEO
Promisia Healthcare appoints Chris Brown as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Brown as
the company’s new CEO, effective 23rd August 2021.
Chris started his career with PwC in New Zealand before heading overseas and working in the
electricity, energy, and industrial gases industries. Since returning to New Zealand in 2011, Chris has
held senior management roles with Contact Energy and Sime Darby Motors.
Promisia Chair, Stephen Underwood said “The Board of Directors has appointed Chris Brown as
Promisia’s new CEO. Chris brings a broad range of experience from several different industries both
in New Zealand and overseas. He has a proven track record of growing businesses. Since February
2021 Chris has been working for the company on a contract basis to support the board and
management. An empathetic, strategic and operational business leader, he brings a strong skill set
to the business as we move through the next phase of our growth.”
