Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

Burger Fuel Group (BFG) would like to advise the market that Tyrone Foley the Group’s

Chief Operating Officer is resigning from his position to pursue a new career opportunity.

He will depart the company at the end of September 2021.

Tyrone has been with the company for two separate tenures for over 10 years. In that

time, he has made an invaluable contribution to the business. Whilst Tyrone will be

missed, the Board are excited for him as he undertakes his next chapter in business and

in his life.

Tyrone’s role as COO will not be replaced at this stage, instead Josef Roberts CEO will

undertake more operational duties. This of course may change in the future but for now,

Josef will undertake both roles.

Tyrone has agreed, to remain on the board in an advisory capacity. The Board are

delighted that he will still be able to contribute with his wide-ranging skills to the future

direction of the business, after his departure as COO.

On behalf of the board and also all the BFG staff and franchisees – we wish to thank

Tyrone for all his efforts over the years, which have been greatly appreciated and we

wish him all the very best in his new role.
