Savor Share Option Plan

Savor Limited (NZX: SVR) (the Company”), advises that, as a consequence of the recent consolidation of
its shares, and following an employee leaving the group since balance date, the Company now has the
following unlisted shares options on issue with the terms set out in the Savor Share Option Plan dated
11 February 2015 (as amended) attached (the “Plan”). All options are exercisable for $0.63 each, unless
net-settled in accordance with clause 6.4 of the terms of the Plan.
