The Board of Scales Corporation Limited wishes to advise that Mr Tomakin Lai has resigned from his
position as a director.
Mr Lai’s resignation, effective from 13 September 2021, is due to a change in responsibilities within
the China Resources Enterprise, Limited group.
The Board wishes to acknowledge both Mr Lai’s contribution during his tenure, and the ongoing
support of China Resources.
